Tufan Properties hosts its customers in a luxury hotel for two nights and three days and covers all expenses itself.

Customers will be taken to the company’s head office and shown a documentary film introducing the characteristics of the region and the company’s current projects. Some project references will also be presented.

During the visit of the customer who wishes to purchase, a discovery tour is organized in the Fethiye region, accompanied by an experienced personnel from the Tufan Properties marketing team. In this tour, the customer is given comprehensive information about the outstanding places in the region, history, nature, entertainment opportunities, restaurants and nightlife.

During the discovery tour, all Tufan Properties projects and some completed reference projects are introduced. Detailed information is provided about the projects the customer is interested in, the property ownership process, stages and all related costs are explained in detail.

Usually on the second day, when the customer decides and decides to make a purchase, the necessary contracts are drawn up and signed by the parties in two copies. One copy is given to Tufan Properties and the other copy is given to the customer.

After signing the contracts, the customer must give a power of attorney to Tufan Properties officials through a notary public in order to transfer the title deed of the property from the company to the customer’s name and to complete the water/electricity subscriptions and residence permit transactions. (This power of attorney is only for the completion of purchasing transactions, no authority to make sales is given.) If the customer wishes, he can also give power of attorney to a lawyer of his own choosing to carry out the transactions.

On the third day, if the customer wants to shop, he is helped and then an airport transfer is organized to ensure that the customer reaches the flight safely.


Purchasing Process

The process of buying a property in Turkey is quite easy and does not require much paperwork or time. Additionally, Tufan Properties makes the process as easy as possible to ensure the satisfaction of its customers.

Customers wishing to purchase only need to have a valid passport. However, if the customer wants to use a bank loan, additional documents may be requested according to the bank rules.

Every customer who wants to own a property in Türkiye must obtain a tax number. (The company obtains this tax number for Tufan Properties customers.) The customer does not need to go to official offices. After reaching an agreement on financial terms, the customer gives a power of attorney to company officials through a notary.

For foreign customers, the title deed transfer process usually takes 8-10 days. Since he is a foreigner, the property is inspected by an official expert appointed by the state, interior and exterior photographs are taken, and the stability of the structure and whether the project is fake are checked. This expert report takes approximately 4 business days. Afterwards, an appointment is made for the transfer from the land registry office, and this process may take 3-4 business days depending on the density.

The tax to be paid for title deed transfer is 4% of the total value of the property. In addition, 1% VAT (Value Added Tax) is paid.

Tufan Properties saves its customers from the cost of hiring a lawyer for legal proceedings (at least 3,000 USD), saving only notary expenses, water and electricity subscriptions, residence permits, financial stamps and other administrative expenses in total for approximately 750 USD.‘ye denk gelen bir bedelle tamamlar. If the customer wants to open a bank account in Turkey to pay electricity and water bills, Tufan Properties also helps in this regard. However, in order to open a bank account, the customer must submit an electricity or water bill issued in his/her name from his/her own country.


Payment Method

  • In ready-made turnkey projects, payment is usually made in cash and is determined according to the contract signed between the company and the customer.
  • The second method is to pay in installments directly with Tufan Properties for projects under construction.
    40% of the property value is taken in advance as the first payment, and the remaining amount is paid in equal monthly installments until the project is completed. All payments are completed at the time of delivery. In this payment system, no interest or additional costs are applied, only the price agreed upon during the sale is collected.
