4. Procedures and Principles for Applications

As a data subject, you may submit your requests concerning the rights set out in Article 11 of the Law to us by the methods below, provided that your application meets the minimum conditions prescribed by the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We will conclude your application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
